    Hi Nancy,
So many people I know are quite comfortable with most of their lives… then it comes to a job search, and they get weak in the knees. I’m looking forward to reading what you have to say.

    Best regards,

You’re so right, Melissa. It’s all about taking actions in service of your ultimate goal. What concrete things do you need to do each day to get you closer to the job you’re seeking? The actions aren’t new or mysterious. Most of us know what to do. You’ve read about them, you know other people searching for jobs, and you may have been down this road before yourself. However, actually taking the steps required definitely causes the weak knees you’re referring to in some people. So where can you start? What can you do today – even a small action to get the ball rolling? Remember that you can approach a job search in a dignified way because you will be an asset to an organization that will be fortunate to have you.
